Arthur Cullinan*

Founder and Principal Lawyer

Raised in Ireland, Arthur began his legal career in 2015 with some of Ireland’s largest corporate law firms. He originally specialised in corporate transactions and has experience in multi-million dollar international deals to smaller local transactions and everything in between. Upon requalification as a lawyer in Canada, Arthur practised in the business law department of one of Vancouver’s leading firms.

Arthur acts for a diverse range of businesses and individuals doing business in and from the Sunshine Coast and beyond. His areas of practice include all areas of business law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and private client matters.

Arthur is a passionate sports person having previously represented the Irish national lacrosse team at multiple major international tournaments but nowadays is trying to lower his golf handicap. He lives in Gibsons with his wife, two young sons, and dog North.

Arthur is proud to give back to his community as an active firefighter with the Gibsons and District Volunteer Fire Department and as a youth coach with the Sunshine Coast Rapids Lacrosse Association.

Community Involvement

  • Gibsons and District Volunteer Fire Department (GDVFD)

    Our founder and principal lawyer, Arthur Cullinan, is proud to service as an active firefighter with the GDVFD.

    The GDVFD has been providing life and property protection to the West Howe Sound Fire Protection District since 1937. The fire department serves a population of approximately 12,000 and the fire protection district covers an area of roughly 22.7 square kilometres.

  • Sunshine Coast Rapids Lacrosse Association

    Upon retiring from competing internationally, Arthur Cullinan began coaching youth lacrosse for the SCRLA. The SCRLA has been providing youth box lacrosse to communities of the Sunshine Coast since 2002, and Field Lacrosse since 2013. It is a non-profit, volunteer run organization which encourages boys and girls to try Canada’s First National Sport.
